Earning respect and showing it to others.
Acquiring the strength to do what’s right.
Doing not what others do but what you want to do.
Exhibit independence but don’t block out you friends.

Something you should never lose.
Honestly just be you.
Indefinite belief is all you’ll ever need.
Perfectness will never be acquirable.

Leadership is independence in oneself. It’s saying I don’t have to follow them I can be me. But still hanging out with your friends. Don’t give into peer pressure it not worth it. One day you’ll regret being a follower when being a leader will come in handy.
